They're ideal for straight edges like sweaters, shawls, and scarves. Each blocker also has anchor holes that enable you to attach string along large sections. The string can be pulled and pinned to maintain consistent tension.
They're made of tough plastic with embedded sharp, sturdy, and rust-resistant stainless steel pins. They come in two different sizes to accommodate different shapes when blocking. They're great little things that I use frequently.
