Addi Colibri Double Pointed Needles are probably the world's lightest set of double pointed needles. One of the great features of the Colibri DPNs is the dual points. One end is a lace point, and the other point is blunter and more rounded. Great! Two products in one, I love that. They're made of lightweight aluminium and beautifully anodised in attractive, contemporary colours.

Gritty needles

I loved my Lykke interchangeable needles until they started feeling gritty to the surface. My teeth hurt when sliding the needles against each other to knit/purl, the needles “crunch” together. They are rough even after buffering them. I purchased them in Nov. 2020, kept them in it own case, and used them sparingly. I need to replace them and I am afraid my next set will not be a Lykke one. I gave 2 stars because the beautiful case is lasting longer than the needles.

Great product, however I bought the wrong size for my project, due to aiming to get a swatch gauge matching the yarn band, then finding the pattern needed a much tighter swatch.

Very good quality and roomy! Perfect.
